bluetooth usb dongle drivers for windows 7

hello friends i have a problem with usb bluetooth dongle driver i am installing in windows 7  but the error is just like that peripherial devices drives not install

                                                  kindly help me

Hi,

Control Panel - Device Manager - right click on the BlueTooth Device and UNINSTALL - when
it finishes then REBOOT and see if the device will install properly.

Be sure check with the Maker's Support for information and updated drivers. Have you tried
the device in other Windows 7 machines? Had the opportunity to try other BT dongles on your
machine?
