FSX crashes on Windows on 64bit

Greetings:

 

I have the same issues that everyone has posted. The hardware listed below has run FSX-Acceleration for over a year on Vista 32bit sp2 without any problems. I installed a clean Windows 7 four weeks ago. I have run the Win7 updates, DirectX 9.0c retail redist., nVidia's latest drivers, and FSX started crashing one week ago. It is NOT possible to complete a flight no matter what the distance or time -- FSX will crash, period. I am disappointed like all of you, my time with Flight Simulator was very important to me.
