Why can't I copy and paste pics to the "Pictures" folders

Any time I try to copy an image for the internet and paste them to my "Pictures" folder, it won't let me paste

Hi kgreer96,

Why not try this recommended method of saving image from webpage?
Give it a shot and validate if it goes successful.

1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
2. Browse to a webpage with a picture you want to save.
3. Right-click the picture.
4. Click Save Picture As.
5. In the Save Picture dialog box, browse to the Pictures Library and then click Save.
