Hi efm486,
Try the below steps to fix the issue:
a. Open Windows Explorer.
b. Right-click on the corresponding library and choose Delete.
c. Click Yes when asked for confirmation.
Note: Deleting a library does not delete the contents of the included folders. However, you may need to re-add or include your folders manually, if needed.
Include folders in a library:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Include-folders-in-a-library
d. Then, in the navigation pane of Windows Explorer, right-click on Libraries and click Restore default libraries.
e. This recreates the library that you just deleted.
f. This option will only restore the default libraries that came with Windows 7.

This should fix your issue.

My problem is very similar but this solution does not work. Instead of the Libraries sending an error message they simply don't work. The icon is not like is should be instead of saying " Music , Picture, Documents" it says "documents.library-ms, music.library-ms, pictures.library-ms". I have tried the deleting thing and restoring the default but that simply restores the wrong thing. I am not sure what happened.
Any suggestions?
Mine don't have the option to delete the selected library, I have tried to restore it. Nothing is working... Any suggestions?
Thank you
