How do I convert .jar and .tar files to .apk files that I can download onto my Droid 4 phone? I am using Windows 7 on my laptop, have downloaded some files and now I am trying to convert them to .apk files to use on my phone. I have tried renaming the
files and downloading them but once they are on my phone and I try to open them all I get is a "parse error" message. Help!
