Can I download Windows Picture and Fax viewer to Windows 7? I receive 100 faxes to an e-file per day and I don't want it to open with Windows Photo Gallery on Windows 7.

Faxes do not open properly in Windows Photo Gallery.  XP used to open files with Windows Picture and fax viewer.  There is not a Windows Picture and Fax viewer file type in Windows 7.   Can I download this to Windows 7 so my fax files will open properly?   Thanks,   Laurie

Windows Picture and Fax Viewer has been replaced by the new Windows Photo Gallery in Windows 7.

 

However if you are using a higher version of Windows 7 like Professional or Ultimate you may try installing Windows Xp mode (A virtual PC that runs Xp on Windows 7).
