why is bubles screen saver pixelated

When I select bubbles screensaver the background is fuzzy but the bubbles are perfect. I am running windows 7 Pro and I have a 1366 x 768 resolution.

Method 1:

Method 2:

Run System File Checker tool and check for missing or corrupted files. Follow the steps in the link:

Method 3:

Place the computer in a clean boot state and then check if it helps. You can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
