My screen has rotated, how do I rotate back

i was cleaning my keyboard a i guess i pished the right sequence of keys and the screen on my laptop has rotated 90 degrees and I dont know how to rotate it back

Often, these shortcut keys work  Ctrl-Alt-UpArrow

Often you can do the same  by right-clicking on the desktop then clicking on a Graphics Options entry then a Rotation entry [not all video cards provide this facility]

If your video card has the option to disable the keyboard shortcut then you'll find it in Control panel, Display, Change settings, Advanced settings, the big tab with the name of the video card driver maker on it, Graphics options button [or similar ] then look around for a chance to enable/disable this useless keyboard shortcut.
