How to turn on handwriting recognition for Japanese Language?

I've got Windows 7 Ultimate, and I've installed the Japanese language pack but the option to use it as handwriting recognition refuses to show up. Please help!

Hi rainbowwyvern,

To turn on handwriting recognition for a language, you need to do two things: get the language pack, and then add the input language that you want to use.
