How to change the Wallpaper in Windows 7 Starter?

Original title:  wallpaper issue for windows 7 starter

i have an asus eee pc and the os of my notebook is win7 starter, why can't i change the background? is there a way that we could change it? or does microsoft provide any update for the win7 starter so that we could change the wallpaper?

Upgrade to a more complete version of Windows 7. Windows 7 Home Premium should really suffice, and includes much more than simply the ability to customize the wallpaper. You'll also enjoy the snap and other Aero preview "glass" features, more Media functions and better entertainment choices.
