Getting error when trying to pin folder to quick access in file explorer

Hello, I am getting error ("Unspecified Error") when trying to pin folder to quick access in file explorer.

I have tried running sfc /scannow. It does not indicate any problem.

How do I troubleshoot and repair this issue ?

Thanks

I ran this but it said the system cannot find specified path... Luckily, I see the word "del" so i decided to copy and paste the location into explorer address bar %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations\ delete all files in AutomaticDestinations folder and it worked.

It works but keeps re-occurring.  I notice every 3-4 days that the list is empty and needs recreating.

I killed all Explorer processes (by running "taskkill /f /im explorer.exe" from a command prompt window launched as an administrator).  After executing the "del /F /Q %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations\*" command and relaunching explorer, the problem remained.  Perhaps, I should have just closed all the windows, instead of killing explorer.exe from the command line.  Anyway, the problem was resolved after a reboot.  Thank you!!!
