Text Messages / SMS notifications are no longer showing up in action center.

I have a windows 10 mobile phone and windows 10 laptop. All updates are installed. Last several days sms notifications stopped showing up in my action center on my laptop. I can still send sms via Cortana on my laptop but I do not see a notification on my laptop action center when I rcv an sms/txt

Hi,

We are temporarily disabling the capability in Cortana on Windows 10 Phone that enables you to receive text messages to your PC. You’ll still be able to receive messages from other services as well as missed calls on your PC. We intend to bring the feature back into the experience soon.
