Have you updated all the drivers in the Computer? If not, I suggest that you do the same through
Device Manager.
Do you experience the same issue in a different user account? If not, I suggest that you create a new user account or check for the issue in a different account.
You may also run the System Maintenance troubleshooter which is located under
Find and Fix Problems in the Control Panel. You can open Control Panel by typing in "control" in the
Run window which is opened by pressing the
Windows key and R key together.
