Hi,
I updated from Windows 8.1 yesterday and have been having a problem with low FPS in video games and a recurring (about once per minute) screen "flashing". I don't know what else to call it. The background turns black and the icons from the desktop and task bar disappear for about a second or two and then return. It's really annoying because any active window I have open becomes inactive and I have to re-click it to activate it. The effect seems really similar to hitting F5 to refresh the desktop, except much slower. My video games are also running at about half the FPS they were before the upgrade.
So far, I've tried uninstalling my video car drivers and reinstalling the latest drivers. (amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit), restarting in-between, but it has not helped.
