Win 10 automatyic update is blocked

In the parameters - automatic update: there is a message  Intel (r) 8 series/c220 series sm bus controller 8c22 (version 8.5) cannot be installed automaticly. When I try manually, by pressing the - install now button,  the screen freeze and nothing append. This situation persist for 5 days now. there are 17 updates that seems to be waiting for installation.  What can I do??

First of all try running this script as an Administrator and check if it fixes the problem .Reply back with the results.
