Video Streaming Problems On Windows 10

I had updated to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Every time I go to watch something either on YouTube or Netflix the video either doesn't work or starts late with the sound going ahead of it. Sometimes there is just green screen with blue and red boxes. I hope they fix this problem cause I'm beginning to regret updating to Windows 10. I have even installed the latest Adobe Flash Player and that didn't work.

Hi Tommy,

Thank you for using Windows 10.

We understand your concern.

  • Let us know whether the issue is specific to online videos or it is happening with other videos present in your system too?

As the initial troubleshooting steps, I would suggest you to check all the available Windows Updates. Installation of recent Windows Updates should fix the issue.

If the issue still persists, then try updating the Display driver and check. Here is the steps:

  1. Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run command box.

  2. Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.

  3. In Display Adapter, expand Display Adapter, right-click , and then click Update.

Do notify us if you need further assistance/information and we'll be glad to help.
