Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W Windows 10 printer list?

How do I fix printer access for Win 10?

Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W Windows 10 does not list it in my printer list.  It does show up in my Win 8.1 printer list.

In order to understand the issue in a better manner, please share the following details.

  • What is the make and model of your computer?

  • Do you see any error code or error message on the screen?

Method 1: I suggest you to make printer as a default printer you can follow the below steps:

  1. Press Windows key+ X and select device manager.
  2. Select devices and printers
  3. Right click on the printer you want to use, and then click set as default printer (You'll see a check mark on the printer's icon signifying that it's now your default printer)

If you are unable to perform the above method, please follow the below method.

Method 2: I also recommend you to run the Print Troubleshooter to check the issue.

  1. Type Troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.
  2.  In the left pane click on View all.
  3. Select the Printer option and follow the on screen instructions.

I have an HP Envy with the Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7.  When I tried to download the Win 8/81 drivers from Konica Minolta I did get an INI error message when I attempted to open the setp.exe file.

I did attempt the first method but the computer did not recognize the PP1350 as a printer and put it in the unspecified device file.

I can't run Method 2 as it does not recognize the printer.

Thanks for the ideas.  Do you have any additional methods.
