Element not found on Windows 10 error

Windows 10 is a piece of **** with tons of error message. I went back and forth to Win7 then back to Win10 and still the same. Even downloading drivers. Onekey recovery, Onekey theater, Volumes up and down not working on Lenovo Laptop. Very dissapointed. Now I cannot go back to Win7 because the Back up files don't work anymore. Piece of **** Win10

HELP!!! very frustrated.

I upgraded to Win10 last night and I took the "Use Express Setting".

Now almost none of the App will launch.

When I click lower left WIN  or search icon, nothing happens.

When I click a lot of apps it says "element not found".

I ran troubleshoot and it didn't find any issue.

Win 10 does not work well if you are upgrading to win 7, Win 8, 8.1. it has a lot of compatibility issues. Back up your files, docs. and do a Clean upgrade. meaning you won't see your files in win 10. I got frustrated and tired of it and I did it this way. it is the only smooth way that WIN 10 works. spent hours and hours fixing it and I couldn't, so I decided to keep win10 only and it is great and nice and a lot better than the previous versions.

I found something that really helped; I went to my uninstall programs and clicked on the recent updates to find the Windows updates, from there I uninstalled all of them and restarted my computer, now everything runs perfectly.  Give that a try; I tried everything else and this worked for me.

Any guidance for how to do a Clean install when I can't access Settings because of the "Element Not Found" error? Sorry if this is a stupid question, just can't figure out how to reset Windows 10 because I can't get to anything but the Windows 7 control panel.

Hey. Lot of others and I had the same problem. In the Lenovo laptops it is the OneKey Theater that is causing the problem. Uninstall it and all will be fine. Don't know why or how, (leaving it to Lenovo and MS people to figure it out) but that is the error and solution.
