BSOD cause by ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+66d08 ) according to WinDBG

please help me fix my windows 8.1 pro 64bit, I am getting Blue screen that says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL_TO. i tried to find some solutions in the net and tried WinDBG to read my dmp file. According to WinDBG the cause is ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+66d08 ). Please help me.

These were Related to the GUBootStartup.sys The driver for the Startup Manager tool from Glarysoft's Glary.  I would remove it completely.

I would also remove Kaspersky and use the built in defender. 

There is a driver showing which could be malware so I would run a malwarebytes scan

Please download the free version of Malwarebytes.
Update it immediately.
Do a full system scan
Let us know the results at the end.
