Hi Househelton,

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community Forums.

As per the description, you get a Windows Error report. I’ll definitely help you with the issue, if you could let me know the following details:

1.       Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

2.       When exactly do you get the error report?

3.       Are you facing blue screen/crash issue in the computer?

Please follow the methods to fix the issue:

Method 1: Run SFC scan in the computer

Use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or on Windows

Method 2: Let’s run a virus scan:

Microsoft Safety Scanner

http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

Method 3: Check in Clean boot to find out if any applications are conflicting:

How to perform a clean boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8

Note: When the troubleshooting is over do not forget to reset the computer to normal startup.
