pc health check windows 10 not working

Hi. I have a problem when I try to open the PC Health check app in Windows 10. The app installs correctly but, when I try to open it, it does not appear on the screen. However, the process appears in the 'Details' tab of the Task Manager. I tried repairing the program through the Windows program uninstaller and there was no change. I tried the SFC /SCANNOW command to detect an anomaly but there was no result. I don't know what else to do. Can you help me please?

Hi, if you're having this problem, maybe try updating Windows 10 to the latest version.

This might help, try following the steps. If it doesn't help, then try restarting your computer. If restarting your computer still doesn't fix it, then try something else until you reply that you fixed it.

I didn't try to uninstall it but I did pause the protection for 30 minutes to test everything.

It also does not work on the secondary account created. I thought if it would work because I have changed several Windows settings to optimize graphics.

Hello ErickInsuasti1,

Thank you for updating me with that information. Something is blocking the PC Health Check app from running properly.

**Perform a Clean Boot
Determine if a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

Press Start then search and type: msconfig
Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.
Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"
Click Disable all.
Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.

Hello ErickInsuasti1,

Thank you for updating that information. I apologize that this did not resolve the issue.

If the issue still persists, Please try performing an In-place Upgrade. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while your personal files, settings and installed applications will not be removed.

Download the media creation tool(Click Download tool now) and save it to your computer.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
Open the tool and select Upgrade this PC now.
Make sure to select Keep personal files and apps.
It might take some time to install Windows 10. Your computer will restart a few times, Make sure you don’t turn off your PC

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.
