1) Are you able to boot to the desktop?
2) Do you get any error code?
3) Have you made any changes on your computer recently?
Method 1-
You need check if the issue persists in Safe Mode as well.
To log on to Safe Mode, you need to follow the steps from the link mentioned below-

Note: Make sure you log back into Normal Mode after following all the troubleshooting steps.
Method 2-
Step 1-
You need to Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to repair damaged System Files.
To do so, you need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below –

Note: You need to perform this step only if you are able to boot to the desktop.
Step 2-
I would recommend you to perform Clean Boot.
Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below for performing a Clean Boot-

Note: You need to follow Step 7 from the article mentioned above to get the computer back to
Normal Startup after you follow all the troubleshooting steps.
Note: You need to perform this step only if you are able to boot to the desktop.
Method 3-
It is most likely that the User Account that you are using is corrupt.
Try creating a new user account. Check if the issue persists over there.

System Restore to undo the changes made on the computer.

Method –
Note: Important this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur
if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.
Back up the registry -

You need to follow the steps mentioned below in
Safe Mode –
a) Click on “Start” and select “Run”.
b) Now type “Regedit” (without the quotations) and hit “Enter”.
c) Now navigate to the key –
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\
d) Select the profile that is having the problem and change
Guid to GUID1.
e) Restart the computer and check.
