Error Code 0x370b after running startup repair

I get this error after running startup repair. Basically my computer boots to windows logo, but not to my password screen. I get keyboard control(caps lock, num lock etc) and windows startup music and that's it. I can start in safe mode(all modes) and get my password screen and desktop. I have tried system restore, some reg cleaners(always seem to indicate errors, even after another has cleaned it), chkdsk and memory checker. The pc crashed with blue screen while running World of Warcraft. I had similar heat related issues with wow, until I cleaned out the pc where it then ran very well for a few days. I was getting these crashes before the clean out, where after a few boot attempts I could log in, now this, where it appears permanent.
Hi Impala,

Note: Follow How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot from article KB929135 to reset the computer to normal mode.

Also, I would suggest you to provide us the event viewer logs.
