Cannot use password blocked to enter windows 10 was scammed hacked

My win10 laptop ran out of disk space (2.7 GB free out of ~55 GB) and works slower. Can I define a certain free space which will be ever protected against new installations and updates?

I have a transcend 1tb external hard drive which have my data stored in it. When I connect it to my laptop (Windows 11) the device powers up but the drive doesn't show up in file explorer. The drive doesn't load in Disk Management and instead show up as "Not Initialized". When I try to Initialize it I get an error saying "Data error (cyclic redundancy check). When I check in event viewer I get this error "The device , \Device\Harddisk1\DR8, has a bad block". Is there a way to fix it? I recently rebuild my PC and I have come across the BSOD for fltmgr.sys. The first time was when I was installing Windows 11 from a bootable USB on the brand new SSD. I was able to get windows installed after the next try, but after getting it installed and updating all my drivers and windows updates I have gotten the BSOD a few more times. Once while windows was downloading and installing updates, another time while I was installing the drivers. My Win 11 Pro was activated and working fine which suddenly got deactivated after 24H2 update. The error code is 0xC004C020 i.e. product key was already used in other device. Hello everyone,I have a Windows 10 Pro computer which boots up fine, but every day there is a popup with a title of "Bunez6Tray". It has 2 options, a click box or an "X". I always "X" out of it.I have Googled Bunez6Tray but no success. I have run antivirus scans, MS, Norton and Malwarebytes. I started having multiple BSOD after reinstalling windows. It happens when GPU usage and temperature is high. This doesn't happen if the fan speed is on max, but it still shouldn't happen normally. It was fine before windows reinstallation. I tried the basic things like sfc /scannow, driver updates, etc, but nothing worked. Hey all,Lately my PC has been rendered completely useless. I have tried updating my drivers and uninstalled applications. I have gotten a few Windows Stop Codes such as:KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLEDBAD_POOL_CALLERDRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALI've already tried updating my drivers and running sfc /scannow, but the problems persist. I’d appreciate any help in diagnosing and fixing this issue.I have also tried running my games as administrator to no avail. So months ago my old Microsoft account got hacked and was unable to do anything to get it back so ive given up and i am trying to switch to this microsoft account im using now. So i can use the xbox features but there is a problem, ive tried removing my old account and im unable to because ofc they changed the email and locked me out of it while signing every device out of it. so is there a way to switch to my new account if i have no access to my old one? For the last week or so, I've been experiencing high CPU usage which has been affecting my gameplay and sometimes even basic tasks. When I open up Task Manager, My CPU rises up to 100% for a couple seconds, then settles down to 50-70%. This appears to be my idle CPU usage. Despite this, my GPU sits comfortably at 0-1%. My Memory is also pretty high, with 11 GB out of 16 GB in use while being idle.
