My windows just updated and now my computer is going wicked slow, all the at a glance tiles were on my desktop……i right clicked each one to remove, now my background picture is greyed out, i cant right click anywhere on my desktop, all my desktop icons are gone and i have all these weird menu buttons on the side of the screen instead! My Outlook 2013 was working fine for about a couple of months until a week ago when it stopped automatically sending / receiving messages on all my accounts (two Hotmail accounts and two work email account using POP/SMTP).  I would have to exit out of Outlook and reopen it for the emails to send / receive.
