      How do I extract the image contained in a .accountpicture-ms file to a usable file format

      I really like the photo that I have as my account picture (taken with my computer's webcam) and would like to be able to upload it as an avatar. The problem is that it is now stored in a .accountpicture-ms format which is not usable by anything besides windows 8 and above. Is there a way to convert that file to a usable format (png, bmp, jpg, etc.)? I have search everywhere and cannot find any useful information as to whether this is possible or not.  Thanks
