Clicking on "people" gives me a blank page

On Windows XP, I can see my contacts on people.live.com.  On my Windows 7 PC (Windows Office not installed yet), when I click on "people" is ends me to https://outlook.live.com/owa/#path=/people and I get a blank page.  When I type in people.live.com, it still send me to https://outlook.live.com/owa/#path=/people and I get a blank page.  How do I fix this?

I would also like to ask you a few questions in regards to this error:

  1. Which browser are you using (i.e. Internet explorer, google chrome etc...)?
  2. Have you tried and alternative browser?
  3. Have you cleared your cookies and cache on your browser?
  4. Could you list any other troubleshooting steps you have done as well, please?

I look forward to your reply,

Regards,

I was using Chrome.  I tried it in IE and it worked.  I then cleared cookies and cache and that seemed to sole the Chrome problem.  Thanks

I can no longer retrieve my address book when I click on People. I get a blank page. I received

a notice saying," You will be blocked from sending and receiving emails if  YOU are not confirmed in

24 hours. " It also stated, that all users are mandated to update their login details due to recent

upgrade in our SSL server.  When I press update, a notice pops up saying, " Reported web

forgery. " Please advise!

How do I remove "cookies"?

I also use Firefox but it looks like this is a source problem, not specifically related to my computer or operating system.  I need to make changes to my People, but if I can't access it, I can't add or edit anyone.  WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED OR UPDATED?

Ditto here as well, isn't working in Firefox for me (Win7), giving same URL as you got. In IE and Chrome it does work, and URL is different (correct) - https://people.live.com/. So question is, what is happening FF, and why different URL?

Update on this - I cleared ALL cache and cookies in FF (<Ctrl><Shift><Del>), closed and reopened, all working fine now. Note: Give FF time to clear cache before using.

Cleared completely the FF cache  ---------------

as JB-FL I used in FF (<Ctrl><Shift><Del>) to bring up "Clear All History" Window

I selected (ticked) only Cache box and in "Time range to clear" selected - Everything then hit button Clear Now

I waited a short while then Closed FF and then restarted

The Outlook, People link has now correctly directed to contacts as it previously worked

I have no idea why this happens but this is the solution that worked for me.

Regards to all

Thanks to all the suggestions.  The close cache box worked WHEN I also added the "close cookies" feature.  Great to have my "People" feature back.  Glitch in FireFox???  Hint hint...
