The reason for this error message is when your account's storage capacity exceeded the limit. Please be informed that the limit for free Outlook.com account is 5 GB and 10 GB for the Ad-free Outlook.com account. To solve this issue, you need to delete email
messages from your mailbox so you can free some space from your storage.
