Troubleshooting suggestions :
1. Make sure your browser is up to date.
2. recommend that you use Internet Explorer 9 or Google Chrome.
3. If you use FireFox, and if you have Ad Blocker installed, uninstall it.
4. Please run the following tutorials if applicable
Clear your browser cache

Optimize Internet Explorer if applicable

5. Use HTTPS settings
Open hotmail > top right, under your name, click Options > More Options > right side, under Customizing Hotmail, click Advanced privacy settings > under Using HTTPS for extra security,
click the blue link " Go to HTTPS settings " > enter your password > click Always use HTTPS when I sign in to Hotmail > click Save.
6. If you use Internet Explorer.......................
Open up Internet Explorer > Internet Options > click Advanced tab > Under the Security section > check Enable native XMLHTTP support > OK when done.
7. Try using another computer. See if you have the same problem.
