WORD how to put a file back into edit mode

I sent out a document and they sent it back with edits that are strike outs with notes side.  I can not delete the strike outs, and do ot know how to get rid of the notes.  It also prints smaller.  How do I get the document back into normal edit mode?

You can accept (or reject) all tracked changes. See http://shaunakelly.com/word/sharing/howtrackchangesworks.html#HowToRemoveTrackedChanges.

The command that removes all comments in one step can be found in the Comments group on the Review tab. Click the Delete drop down and then choose the Delete All Comments option.
