HOW CAN I CREATE PDF FILES THAT CAN BE FILLED IN?

HI GUYS

I'D LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO CREATE PDF FILES THAT CAN BE FILLED IN. ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO DO THAT? I'D APPRECIATE ANY HELP THAT YOU CAN OFFER.

First a very minor heads up. 

Ever since the modern Internet got started, all caps has been the equivalent of screaming at someone at the top of you lungs to the point veins of your face are popping.

Out please refrain from all caps.

Now to the question asked.

If your wanting to create PDF in which you can convert to a fillable form. You'll need an application such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, You might also check into an application called PDFpen Pro.
