Why do I keep getting stuck on picture tools?

When I add an image to Word Web Apps, I often get stuck/ froze on the picture tools feature.

How do I stop this?

Does the issue occur with a particular document or all documents on the SkyDrive?
Do you get any error message when you insert a picture and access the picture tools tab?
Does the issue occur if you access Word Web App using Internet Explorer?
If the issue persists, you may try resetting Internet Explorer settings and check if it helps.
