insufficient memory for Word on iPad

Is it while opening files or does the error occur while opening the Word for IPad application?

Hi thanks for the note. I just did the reset. Unfortunately when I tried to open a document i still received the same error message.

The error message "There is not enough memory or disk space to complete the operation" occurs in the Word app when I am trying to open a word document. I have no problem in creating a new word document.
