Word 2013 keeps crashing

Before we start with troubleshooting I need to know more about the issues that you are facing.

• What is the complete error message?
• Does the issue occur only in Word or in other Office applications too?

You may start with opening the Word application in its Safe Mode and then try to perform the action and verify the results.

Hold the Windows key and press R, type Word /safe (note there is a space between Word and /).

If the application works fine in application safe mode, try disabling the add INS for the application and check the result.

• Click the File tab
• Go to Options
• Click Add-ins
• Clear all the options
