Spell and grammar check don't work

I have been using Office 365 for almost one year, but in the last months it keeps giving me problems with the spell and grammar check. First, when I started the check, said everything was good, and it wasn't. So I uninstalled everything and installed again and then it worked, for a couple of days and then started the problem again. Last time this happened it fixed only the spelling problems but the grammar check still doesn't work (without giving any error message). It is getting really annoying since I am writing a big document and it is making me wasting a lot of time. Please fix the problem.

Hi,

so, for the moment I solved it after complete unistalling, reinstalling and internet repair. It took the whole afternoon. The main problem is that this problem kept appearing again and it's very time consuming to do these steps every time. If I do only one of them it does not work.

The proofing components are always installed and activated, no exceptions for my document. The problem appears every now and then and the only way to solve it is to do the whole procedure again. I personally cannot connect it to any reason.

To answer your question I have office 365 and it happens for sure in word, power point, outlook and one note, I did not check the others. I have both English and Italian installed, but the problem happens only with the English proofing. The program is in English. The document is in English.

I talked already with the assistance and the guy told me to make the internet repair.

As I said at the moment it works, but I cannot say for how long it will stay like this (since in the past few months I needed this procedure a couple of times, but then the problem was appearing again).

Thank you for your suggestions,

Monica
