Problem with Office 365 subscription renewal.

Original Title <WORD problems.>

I just renewed my subscription, and cant get it to work.  I had to change my password and now it wont recognize the new one.

having the same problem 

renew the membership in best buy, in geek squad web appear as renew until 2017

can't activate the account my account (email) y my mac, but i can in my iPhone and my iPad.

I activated on this 2 items but in the computer can't. 

When i enter to the website of office y subscription appears as not renewed and that needs to be renewed on the best buy, but i have already done it

please need to solve this as soon as possible, also on my pc under windows can not be activated

You can manage your installations by signing in at www.office.com/myaccount. You should be able to tell if you have exceeded the total number of installations, for example.

Do you have an Office 365 Home subscription? What information is available if you sign in at www.office.com with your registered e-mail and password?
