having the same problem
renew the membership in best buy, in geek squad web appear as renew until 2017
can't activate the account my account (email) y my mac, but i can in my iPhone and my iPad.
I activated on this 2 items but in the computer can't.
When i enter to the website of office y subscription appears as not renewed and that needs to be renewed on the best buy, but i have already done it
please need to solve this as soon as possible, also on my pc under windows can not be activated
