I have a client who is using Office 365 and when he sends a print job to HP 4250, it does not staple the pages. It works on another workstation but not this one, where could I look? The stapler settings are in the printer properties and can be seen, but
not utilized.
Because the printer properties dialog (and the software functions that apply to that specific model of printer) is supplied to Word by the printer driver, that's where the problem must be. Try uninstalling and reinstalling that printer driver (not Office!),
with a reboot in between. Use the Devices and Printers page of the Windows Control Panel to do this.
