My Microsoft app won't show my documents.

Hello,
I have been using the Microsoft app since earlier the year, but over the past week, the app won't refresh my documents. I made a new document and saved it to my Onedrive file, but it didn't appear when I tried to refresh it. The app sent me a message saying “Folder Contents have Changed. Your view will be refreshed” but then it doesn't refresh. I logged into my online OneDrive account to see if it saved and it was. So, I deleted the app and then downloaded it again but now none of my files will show. The only thing I get is a message telling me they will show and then they don't. Could you help me fix it please? Thank you.

I am having a similar problem.I am using excel on the iPad, and have saved the document to the iPad. But when I try to upload it to the OneDrive, I get the error message: "Folder contents have changed. Your view will be refreshed."  I hit OK, but nothing happens. The Save button is grated out.

I reorganised OneDrive folders on my Mac. Then all Office iPad apps have locked me out. A dialog box appears saying "Folder Contents Have Changed. Your view will be refreshed. OK" But nothing is refreshed and I can't access any documents on OneDrive. I've deleted PowerPoint and reinstalled it but the problem still happens. Kinda sucks.

I'm having exactly the same problem.  See my other thread: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_mobile-word/no-onedrive-with-word-for-ios/80e22477-0af9-45c7-b709-ec72cea8e6ec?msgId=b7a52ded-69d7-405e-a024-9e70c5a8e4f5
I've already been on the phone with Microsoft for an hour with no resolution. This needs to be escalated ASAP.

I am having the same issue too. I bought a 365 subscription yesterday and cannot connect to onedrive via iPad  or android apps or even via my mac. It looks as though the 1tb storage hasn't been added to my onedrive either

What's going I with this? Can you update us on the status? This has completely shut down my ability to use Office 365. I'm going to have to call for a refund if this isn't resolved soon.
