Microsoft Word Stops responding when finishing up mail merge

I have Windows 7, I just downloaded Microsoft Office 365 2013.  Whenever I try to create mailing labels by doing a mail merge with an excel document, Microsoft Word quits responding.  It works fine until I press "Finish Merge" and choose individual edit.  What could be the problem and how do I fix it?

If you want to send me the mail merge main document and the data source, I will investigate the problem.
