Inserting a QR code in a Word document

I've created a QR code and downloaded it both as an svg and an EPs file.

When I try to insert in a document I get a blank square with a message that says "this image cannot be displayed at this time".

So how can I insert the QR code?

Answer
Answer

Office doesn't have a graphics filter for SVG format, so it can't display or print them. The EPS file should be usable, as long as you have an EPS filter.

Word 2013 (which is what you get in Office 365) can make QR codes by itself, though. In a document, the DisplayBarcode field in the paragraph

The barcode for Microsoft is { DisplayBarcode http://www.microsoft.com QR \q 3 }

displays as

The field takes a number of switches, described at the DisplayBarcode page. For example, the \s switch controls the size of the result.
