Office doesn't have a graphics filter for SVG format, so it can't display or print them. The EPS file should be usable, as long as you have an EPS filter.
Word 2013 (which is what you get in Office 365) can make QR codes by itself, though. In a document, the DisplayBarcode field in the paragraph

The field takes a number of switches, described at
the DisplayBarcode page. For example, the \s switch controls the size of the result.
