Fix formatting on Reference Source Manager window

I have Office 365 and am using the Reference manager to build my reference list.  When I open the Source Manager, every preview of my references in the bottom window is crammed over to the left (about 7-8 characters per line).   How do I fix this so I can actually see the preview?

Thanks,

By the way, this only occurs when I use the IEEE format, which is the only one I use.

Thanks,

Hello,

Create a test document then insert ‘Source manager’ and check if the same issue persists.

Also provide us the screen shot for better understanding on the issue which will help us to analyze and assist you in better way.

In order to add the image, click on the ‘Add Image’ icon present in the ‘Reply’ window.

Nayana,

If you notice in the preview in the Source Manager screen, the entire preview is compressed to the left side of the screen.  This only happens when I use the IEEE format, but that is one of only two formats I use for publications.

Thanks.

Eldon
