Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.5 has stopped working in Microsoft Word 2010. What has caused this?

I repaired the program earlier today and I have been on the websites for speech recognition so now I have moved over to this website hoping to find an answer. There must be a conflict something I don't know about does anyone here use Dragon NaturallySpeaking

Verify if the ‘Dragon naturally speaking’ (Netspeak) add-in is enabled in Word application?

 

Try running the Word application as administrator by following the steps below

Right click on Word application and click ‘Run as admin’.

 

And follow the steps below to enable Dragon naturally speaking (add-in) in Word and check if it works fine.

Click on File, Options, Add-ins, and Click on ‘GO’ beside Manage – COM Add-ins and check the add-in option next to Netspeak and click OK
