Blue screen, "Bad Pool Header" in Windows 7 when opening new install of Word 365

I just installed Office 365, and each time I try to open a word doc now the computer blue screens with a "Bad Pool Header" error. I can run the other Office apps just fine, but each time I try to run word I get the same error. I have attempted to repair the install, but I still get the same result. Thoughts?
We do need the actual DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

WE NEED AT LEAST TWO DMP FILES TO SPOT TRENDS AND CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.
AC
You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.
If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are if you dont know if you are, you are not)a
To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.  We need at least 2 DMP FILES to diagnose and confirm

The procedure:
* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button. (if available on  your site, MS doesnt have this)
 *Please upload them to a file sharing service like Skydrive or"Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

Link for how to  upload below.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:
* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

Please also run MSinfo32 and upload the output as well.
To run MSinfo32 please go to start>run>MSinfo32
Go to "file" "save" and upload the saved file with the DMPS

System specs are extremely useful so please include whatever you know.

Blue Screen View & Who Crashed are often wrong and should only be used in an emergency

before we can even investigate the issue you need to remove McAfee (it may very well be the problem) at least to test.  I would replace it with MSE

McAffe often contributes to BSOD'S

I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials

Hi ,

I am having the same problem... it has happened several times, including three times in the past few weeks...  I will gladly upload all data you requested but I have a question....  Is it possible that the dump is located somewhere else besides \windows\minidump?

because when I look there I see a file but it is from December of 2016 and I know that my blue screen dumped a file twice in the past two weeks...   (I also found MEMORY.DMP in my windows folder but it was dated Feb 2017 so I know this is not the correct file either)

I just checked my advanced settings the dump was set to kernel dump and i changed it to small memory dump 256...  so if this means that i do not have a good dump file anywhere to send you then i can wait until the blue screen happens again if necc....

thanks in advance for your answers and for your help...
