Language DLL 'VBE7INTL.DLL' could not be found.
FYI: Excel 2013 opens without this message.

Since when did you start facing this issue?
Was there any recent updates installed on the computer?
Do you have Google Desktop installed on the computers?
Do you have any language pack or compatibility installed?

Dear Raju, thank you for your answer.
1. About two weeks.
2. There could be automatic Windows updates, but nothing else
3. I don't have Google Desktop
4. I don't have have any language pack or compatibility installed
Yesterday I saw that this was related to MathType 6 installed on my copmuter. When I removed it, the problem disappeared. But today this message returned again (but now only once in only one launch of Word).

Did you setup macros to run with Word?
Let’s try the following steps and check if it helps.
Step: 1
You may take a backup and rename normal.dotm from the following location and check if it helps.
Browse to the location below and Rename the Normal.dotm:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates
Step: 2
You may repair Office 2013 using the following link and verify the status.
