You should never open from, or save directly to, or work on a document that is on an external drive.

Always copy it to the local drive and then open it from there.  Otherwise, corruption of the document is almost certain to occur.

The best chance of getting assistance with your problem will be if you place a copy of the document in a folder on your OneDrive that you set to be shared and you paste a link to that folder back here so that others can access and maybe repair your document.

Sorry, it is not possible to do anything with your document.  The way in which it is corrupted suggests that it may have been worked on while it was located on removable media such as a USB thumb drive, or that it was saved directly to such media.
