Word 2013 Document containing Macros is lagging when opened.

I have created a document in Word 2013 containing several macros.  When I open this document in Print Layout the form aspects of the documents lag behind the rest of the document when scrolling up and down.

Is there a solution to this?   The hardware graphics accelerator has been disabled (which seems to be the typical solution for this problem, however this is having no affect.

What do you mean by "the form aspects of the documents"?

If you send me a copy of the document, I will see if the problem occurs here and investigate it if it does.

Hope this helps,

Thank you for your reply.

The document is meant to be a form and therefore it has ActiveX texboxes, buttons etc...

How do I send you a copy of the document?

In response to your  second email message of 24 November, on 25 November, I sent you a modified document.  On 28 November, I received a second email that was identical to the second one that I had received on 24 November.  I replied to that email with a copy of my email of 25 November attached to it and in that message, I said that "I still did not know what you meant by "is lagging when opened".  I have not received anything from you since then.
Hope this helps,

Hi Doug,

Sorry about the delay in responding.

The problem occurs when I email the document out and when it's opened and "Edit Document" is selected from the View tool bar (as it originally opens in Read mode which tends to mash all the buttons and boxes together).  When you scroll up and down the page all the boxes and buttons move up and down as if they are lagging behind when scrolled.  It's not like they are fixed (if you know what I mean?)
