In Word 2013 Pro the message "there is insufficient memory to display requisted font", when use master document consists of large files appears

The hotfix word2013-kb2825662-fullfile-x64-glb.exe does not works. Namely, the message "the expected version of word 2013 was not found ..." 

What is the problem?

Which bit-ness of Word 2013 is installed on the computer? (32 bit or a 64 bit)?

This issue generally occurs if the version of Hotfix you are trying to install does not match the bitness of Word 2013 installed on the computer.

From your description, it looks like you are trying to install the Hotfix applied for 64 Bit version of Word 2013.

So, ensure to select the correct bitness of Office Word 2013 while requesting for the Hotfix.

I am using Word 2013 Pro, 64 bit version. Unfortunately hot fix "word2013-kb2825662-fullfile-x64-glb.exe"does not work (the message "the expected version of word 2013 was not found ..." ).
Wwhether the product number can to help to solve this problem?

Microsoft do not recommend the installation of the 64 bit version of Office unless it is required because you are running very large, very complex Excel workbooks.  As far as Word is concerned, there is nothing to be gained by running the 64 bit version.

You may want to remove all traces of the Office installation by downloading the fixit from the following article:

saving it to your computer and then running it.

Then reinstall Office by logging into www.office.com/myaccount with your registered email address and click Install Office and select the 32 bit version.

Thank you. Accordance your proposal I uninstalled Office 2013 64 bit. Then I installed Office2013 32 bit.
Unfortunately the message "there is insufficient memory to display requisted font", when use master document consists of large files again appears.

The hotfix for word 2013 32 does not works. Namely, the message "the expected version of word 2013 was not found ..."

Thank you for replying.

Make sure your computer is updated till date and have the ‘Service pack 1’ installed for Office 2013 and then verify the results.

You may also create a new Windows User Account (Administrator type) and check how it works there.

Does the document contain any custom/embedded fonts?

As for the error message you receive while installing the Hotfix, is the Office 2013 installation on the computer an MSI installation or Click-To-Run?

Are you on a network/domain?

Try opening the same file on a different computer which has Office Word 2013 installed and check the behavior.

2. Hotfix installation is Click-to-Run.

3. Not on network/domain.

My textbook consists of 18 files organized through the master document. When I attempt to memorize  the master document appears message .....there is insufficient memory ..... All files are about 70MB.
