System Error Oxc06d007e

Windows Office Home and Student 2013.When loading keeps coming up with this System Error. Can anybody help please?

For the error "Office can't do that right now because your product is busy with another task" error when installing Office 2013 or Office 365" see:

and, if necessary http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2822317

If that does not help, then you might remove all traces of the Office  installation by downloading and saving the fixit from the following article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

and then run the fixit by double clicking on it and then, after re-booting your computer, reinstall Office by logging into www.office.com/myaccount with your registered email address and click Install Office.
