save pdf file as docx

i have a pdf file i want to convert to docx.

the pdf size is about 3 MB after converting , the docx size is 55MB

there is any good way to reduce the file size without remove pictures from the file?

Answer
Answer
In Word 2013, open your 55 MB file, then navigate to File -> Options -> Advanced -> Image Size and Quality.  Then change "Set default target output to" from 220 ppi down to 96 ppi.  Then click OK, and save the file.  This might result in your file size getting reduced, however, your pictures might lose some of their quality.
