Printing a word document onto a yellow legal pad paper

I am using MS Word 2013 and am trying to get a letter sent out using the yellow lined paper and can't get the words to line up within the spaces properly. Some of them line up but not all of them. Any suggestions as how to make the word line up on the paper?

This is the message:

 

Dear

Hello! My name is Steve Anderson and

I would like to make you a

 

$CASH OFFER$

 

at your property at

I tried that and found another option that worked, but it took alot of trials before I got it right. On each line I created a seperate text box and then worked on moving the text box to fit the lines.
